In an interview, Sandhya says, “In a nutshell, the show traces the lives of 14 young contestants who want to make that 'big' decision in life. The contestants during the course of the episode are introduced to a series of experts and opinion makers who influence their decisions either in a positive or negative way. At the end of the show, the decisions of the contestants are revealed.”

According to the actress, “Today's youth are growing up faster than their times and are often unaware of the practicalities of their dreams. And through this program we hope to help them make informed decisions.”

The life changing decisions made on the show range from issues related to a sex change operation and early marriage to leaving a lucrative job to make a foray into filmdom.
