Ingredients:
Maida: 250gm
Sugar: 75 gm
Salt: Five gm
Fat: 175 gm
Egg: One
Cake crumbs: 200gm
Coconut dry: 100gm
Sugar syrup: 100ml
Nuts: 25gm
Water: 150ml
Method:
Mix maida, sugar, salt, fat together into water and knead the dough.
Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Spread the dough flat and apply fat over it.
Fold the dough once right and then left in the shape of a book.
Again keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Now mix cake crumbs, dry coconut , sugar syrup, nuts, and sugar.
Cut the dough into six inches square pieces and spread the prepared mixture over it. Fold the pieces from top to bottom in triangle shape and put them in the oven and bake at a temperature of 150 degree C for 35 minutes.
Once done, take them out from the oven and again cut each piece in two equal halves.
Serve hot.
