Maida: 100 gms
Chopped onion: One cup
Spring onion: One cup
Ginger garlic paste: One Tbsp.
Tomato Sauce: 50 ml
Powdered green pepper: One Tbsp
White pepper and salt: To taste
Refined Oil: 500 ml for deep frying
Make dough by blending maida, salt and water with a few drops of oil.
In a pan, heat oil and sauté chopped onions, mushroom and ginger-garlic paste.
Add spring onions, green pepper powder, white pepper powder and stuff contents inside the prepared dough.
Form small balls or money bags from the stuffed dough and deep fry in oil. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
