The Barefoot Sports Quiz Fest is back in its third annual edition this Sunday at the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University, South Campus.
It will feature ‘Among the Thugs’, the open football quiz, followed by 'Beyond a Boundary'- the open cricket quiz and ‘When Pride Still Mattered’-the open sports quiz. These will be conducted by Wasi Manazir, Mit Chowdhury and Dr. Subhrojit Bhattacharya respectively.
Participants are welcome in teams of 3 or as lone wolves/cubs/pups for the open quizzes whereas anyone can walk in for the filler quizzes (on ‘food, alcohol and drugs’ and ‘WAGs’). Teams will be alloted on the spot.
Of the eight slots in the finals, two are reserved for the top scoring school/college (both included) teams and the other six are up for the grabs, all with respect to performance in the preliminary round.
The closest metro station is AIIMS on the Yellow Line. The first two quizzes can win you Rs. 10000/5000 while the final sports quiz can make you richer by Rs. 20000/10000.
