Aal Izz Well: The album starts with an out and out college masti song. The lyrics by Swanand Kirkire is funny yet is the strong point of the song.
Behti Hawa: The next one in the bag of Shantanu Moitra is a soothing, romantic solo sung beautifully by Shaan. This one reminds you of the song ‘Kasto mazaa' from “Parineeta” set in the hills. Again the lyrics of the song win against the music.
Give Me Some Sunshine: Next is a wonderful nostalgic song describing what we missed in our school and college days. Check out the superb meaningful lyrics of this song by Swanand.
Jaane Nahi Denge: This one is a hardcore romantic song sung flawlessly by Sonu Nigam. Music is minimal. The lyrics of the song yet again win here.
Zoobi Doobi: A 1970's kind of romantic rain duet by Sonu and Shreya Ghoshal. This song gives the full scope for music unlike other ones. The picturisation would be lovely by listening to the song set in rains. The remix version is also likeable.
Bottomline: The main highlight of the songs is the lyrics by Swanand Kirkire. Only ‘Aal Izz Well' and ‘Zoobi Doobi' have a future. The remaining wont make an impact.
