Sreekanth Hariharan

Of late, Mollywood has been giving chances for many new voices. Among them is Sreekanth Hariharan, who has sung a solo number in the movie Neeharika directed by Saji Vaikom. Sreekanth, son of musician B. Arundhati, got noticed after his performances in the first season of the music reality show, Indian Voice , on Mazhavil Manorama. “This is my second song. The movie is expected to be released soon. My first song which came out was in Good Idea (starring Sreejith Vijay , composed by Jassie Gift,” he says. Though he recorded the first song of his career for Alphons, the movie hasn’t come out yet. Neeharika has music by Kilimanoor Ramavarma. “He happened to like my performance in Indian Voice and thus the song, ‘Doore, doore…’ came to me. I’ve sung in a few other movies, but don’t know when they will come out,” says Sreekanth, a student at College of Architecture.
