Most of us are now aware of Priyanka Chopra's singing talent, but not many know that the actor is also a closet photographer. She has a keen interest in photography and is also the brand ambassador for one of the leading camera brands. Priyanka, who was a part of the much-talked about “Agneepath,” now awaits the release of “Barfi” and “Krrish 3”. She discloses her eagerness to work with Saif Ali Khan, the importance of being number one and what makes her trigger-happy.

Reportedly, Kareena stated that there are no issues between the two of you and you can now work with Saif.

There were no issues. In fact, a couple of years ago, we were supposed to do two-three films together but because of our previous commitments that did not happen. Saif is an incredible actor, and I would love to work with him at some point.

Have you been approached for the “Zanjeer” remake?

When I sign any film, the production house will announce it. Till then, it is unethical for me to talk about it.

How much do you believe in the ‘number one' tag?

It is very important to be ‘number one' in everything you do. If you are an achiever and have that competitive spirit, you want to achieve the best. But that does not mean that you stamp on people's faces and get there.

So is there a race among Bollywood actresses to be number one?

It is impossible to decide who is number one, two and three in Bollywood because in a year we make 400 films and one person cannot do all hit films. There will always be about four heroes and five-six heroines in the running.

As a brand ambassador, you recently launched a new range of cameras. What kind of photography do you like ?

I like taking pictures though I am a really bad photographer. My frames are very poor. So most often, I try to take pictures of interesting moments rather than beautiful things. I take pictures of every event in my life.

Is it that because you want to capture that moment for posterity?

I have literally documented my life. When you are 80, sitting in your bed somewhere with grandkids, you can say, ‘ Arrey, you know, I had so much fun shooting for this ad!' My ambition is to make a visual family tree. I have pictures of my grandfather and great grandfather and every time I go back to my family home, I always try and find old pictures. On my laptop, most of the pictures that I have are of everyday moments — travelling, shooting a commercial or pictures with directors and co-actors. I can go back 12 years and relive the moments because I took so many pictures.

Who are the three most photogenic personalities including yourself?

Rekha is one of the most photogenic women, you can take a picture of her anywhere and anyhow and she will photograph like a dream. And Dharamji. He has smiling eyes and a charming face.

And amongst your contemporaries?

Katrina is extremely photogenic, Deepika has amazing poise, Aishwarya, of course, is hugely photogenic. You have to be photogenic to be an actor.
