NDTV-Hindu presents Aruna Sairam and Mandolin U. Shrinivas in a unique jugalbandi, ‘Strains of Heaven', to be held on September 7, 7.30 p.m. at Sir Mutha Venkatasubba Rao Concert Hall, Chetpet.

The landmark concert will see the two artistes collaborate for the first time. Aruna Sairam has collaborated with artistes such as French Gregorian singer Dominique Vellard and German instrumentalists Christian Bollman and Michael Reimann.

On his part, Mandolin U Shrinivas has collaborated with musical greats such as Zakir Hussain, Stephen Devassey and Dominque Di Piazza.

When they perform together, Shrinivas' masterly strokes on the mandolin and Aruna's scintillating voice will come together as one.
