Chicken and drumsticks: Two pieces each

Green chillies: Two

Grated garlic: Two Tsp

Grated ginger: One Tsp

Turmeric powder: Half Tsp

White pepper powder: Quarter Tsp

Coriander leaves (finely chopped): Two Tsp

Thick curd: One cup

Salt: One Tsp

Breadcrumbs: Two Tbsp

Butter: Two Tbsp


Grind the green chillies, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves and mix together with turmeric and white pepper, curd and salt. Marinate the pieces in the mixture for one to two hours.

Arrange the pieces on baking tray and sprinkle breadcrumbs.

Dot them with butter and bake at 200 to 400 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes, turning the piece once.

When you turn it brush with some more butter until the piece turns golden orange and crispy.
