Riya Sen follows a range of methods to stay slim but says yoga makes her skin glow

Yoga seems to be the secret behind the glow of many Bollywood actresses and Bengali beauty Riya Sen fits this class. Riya follows a range of fitness exercises to stay slim but feels, “Indian women appear their best when they are slightly curvaceous.”

Dressed in a top with a huge tiger on it matched with an ultrachic golden chain belt and a pair of trousers, Sen is promoting cryolipolysis in New Delhi. It is a slimming technology introduced by Nidsun. So has she undergone such therapies to shape up? Riya replies, “Well, it is non-surgical and works wonderfully; I hope the brand will provide me some vouchers to try it out.”

Riya calls herself a typical Bengali and adheres to its traditional diet, “addicted to rice and potatoes,” needs it twice a day. She though keeps a watch on the amount she consumes “to continue eating the food I love.”

Yoga helps her stay fit, she states. Besides, “It aids me to think better and feel light plus get a glowing skin”.

She also goes for spinning classes which cuts 800 calories per session and does a lot of swimming. Sen calls herself useless since her father made her learn many sports but she couldn’t find her niche in any of them except swimming.

About her film career, Riya dispels rumours of being approached for Krrish 3 and signs off saying she will be seen in the film Zindagi 50-50 opposite Aaryan Babbar releasing in New Delhi this Friday.
