Now a fashion show at Eiffel Tower

Jessica Minh Anh first made history in 2011 when she famously turned the iconic London’s Tower Bridge into a ramp. Since then she has consistently made her mark around the world by hosting fashion shows at extraordinary venues such as Petronas Twin Towers’ Skybridge in Kuala Lumpur, Gardens by the Bay’s skyway in Singapore, Costa Atlantica in Dubai, and the Seine river in Paris. In November 2013, Jessica Minh Anh held the world’s highest and most unconventional catwalk at 4,000 ft on the Grand Canyon skywalk.

On October 31, 2014, she will transform the most famous architectural wonder and the symbol of the fashion capital, the Eiffel Tower, into the world’s newest ramp. The model-turned-entrepreneur has selected Indian designer Shilpa Reddy to join her on this occasion. Covering the panoramic view of Paris, the J Autumn Fashion Show will present collections from ten countries.

Merging the East and the West on a global platform, Shilpa Reddy will present a bold statement with clean structure, premium fabrics, and impeccable finishes.

Visually pushing the envelope, Jessica has designed a two-tiered outdoor catwalk, which spans over 150m across the first floor of the tower. “I see a strong connection between fashion and the best of locations. The most exquisite designs should be displayed at architectural masterpieces,” says Jessica. “Eiffel Tower represents an artist’s dreams, and inspires their many creations. I want to make those dreams attainable.”
