Falling in sync with the forthcoming wedding season, designer Pam Mehta showcased a bridal collection in New Delhi the other day. An added feature of the evening event was hair accessories from the house of Alexandre De Paris. Bollywood actor Mughda Godse and Femina Miss India 2010 winner, Neha Hinge were seen walking the ramp flaunting the collection at F Bar and Lounge much to the audience's delight.

Alexandre De Paris, a luxury French hair accessories brand, featured an exclusive viewing of their latest collection in the show.

V.G. Suri, the brand's India head, said, “After taking the fashion capitals of the world by storm, Alexandre De Paris is excited to be in India for the exquisite showcase of our alluring hair accessories that have adorned the runways of haute couture designers across the world. Our attempt has been to celebrate fashionable hair while recreating the magic of the ramps in Paris through this exclusive viewing.”

He said the creations showcased “are available in exclusive boutique and niche designer stores in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune. Designer hair accessories range from Rs.5000 to 50,000.”

Added Mehta, “My bridal collection includes suits, saris and lehengas.

The purpose of doing the show with the accessories of Alexandre De Paris is to showcase my designs more beautifully.”

Pam's designs are retailed in fashionable Los Angeles addresses such as Ann Taylor, SAKS, Guess Marciano and now in India at The Opal, Defence Colony.
