Fashion shows are an ideal platform for budding fashion designers to showcase their creativity. HYDERABAD:

So it was with ‘Evolve 2016’ , where students of Lakhotia Institute of Design showcased the designs they have created. And, the special feature of this event was that the young girls created a line for children of the NGO Panah Foundation. The unique range created by the girls was in sync with modern trends and Indian sensibilities. For the event, children from the Foundation had been given training for the ramp walk.

The mood was upbeat on the D-day. As music played, the models walked along with children. The glow on children’s faces and the young designers was hard to miss.

Principal Ayesha Lakhotia was proud to see the confidence displayed by the group.
