The Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation, in association with Royal Danish Embassy, New Delhi, and Royal Danish Consulate, Chennai, organises a Danish Film Festival. As many as seven films, directed one each by Morten Tyldum, Louise Friedberg, Nils Malmros, Morten Giese, Lars von Trier, Tobias Lindholm and Annette K. Olesen will be screened. The festival will be held from June 10 to 13 at Red Carpet Hall Preview Theatre, RKV Film and Television Institute, Vijaya Garden, No. 317-G, NSK Salai, Vadapalani (opp: Vadapalani bus terminus). The line-up

Headhunters (June 10, 6.30 p.m.) follows a headhunter and art thief whose outward bravado masks his insecurities

The Experiment (June 11, 6.15 p.m.) showcases how an experiment — of turning 16 children into good citizens — becomes an uphill battle

Aching Hearts (June 11, 7.50 p.m.) is a coming-of-age story of a group of 15-year-olds amidst life’s everyday struggles

Love & Rage (June 12, 6.15 p.m.) tells the tale of how a talented music student’s passionate love turns into blinding jealousy

Antichrist (June 12, 7.50 p.m.) revolves around parents grieving the loss of their son in an accident and the twists that ensue

R/R (June 13, 6.15 p.m.) talks about to men who find friendship in an unlikely place — the prison

Little Soldier (June 13, 8 p.m.) A soldier back from war finds herself in an unusual situation, and decides she must offer help
