Fun evening: Cyrus Broacha

Fun evening: Cyrus Broacha

He might be presenting The Week That Wasn’t on TV but this weekend he is definitely in town promising a night of witty, slapstick, dramatic and cunning humour that Cyrus Broacha of MTV Bakra fame is known for.

Cyrus Broacha, Live in Bangalore will be opened by Bangalore’s Praveen Kumar and Danish Sait.

“It’s just a fun evening. I will be performing some set pieces, but a lot of the show is spontaneous. Audiences today are intelligent, they can tell if the show is over-rehearsed. So I will be avoiding that. Besides, I like freelancing because anything can happen,” says Cyrus, who is set to tickle funny bones in politics, sports and his parents’ bad Hindi accent.

Cyrus Broacha will be performing on Sunday, June 30 at 7 p.m. at The Lalit Ashok.

Tickets are available at Java City, Lavelle Road; Banana Beach bar, Koramangala; Mocha, Koramangala; The Lalit Ashok, Kumara Krupa road or Desserted, Vasanthnagar.

Tickets can also be purchased

online at www.bookmyshow.com and

www.buzzintown.com.
