The International Association of Women in Radio and Television (India Chapter), in partnership with Prajnya, a Chennai-based non-profit organisation and Goethe-Institut Chennai hosts Our Lives… To Live, a film festival on gender violence. It is being organised as part of the One Billion Rising (OBR) campaign, a global effort to drawing attention to violence against women and all kinds of gender-based injustice, within homes and communities as well as in other spaces.

Films will be screened on February 22 and 23 from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan, No. 4, Rutland Gate, Fifth Street, Nungambakkam. There will be a panel discussion between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. on both days. Entry is free. For details, and the complete schedule, visit www.prajnya.in or call 97910-17202.
