T he Hindu Aadi Shopping Festival 2013, on till July 8 at the Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, showcases a fascinating range of products, offering attractive discounts and deals to shoppers. Spread across 40,000 sq. ft. in the CTC, there are more than 140 different stalls displaying electronic and home appliances, imported furniture, teakwood and antique furniture, modular kitchens, furnishing materials, products for interior decoration, wall paper, paintings and frames, leather products, foam mattresses, inverters, fitness equipment, gift articles, men’s and womenswear and accessories, kidswear, health and beauty products and FMCG goods.

The festival is presented by Sathya Agencies Pvt. Ltd (Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances) which showcases the latest products from leading brands such as Samsung, LG, Sony, Whirlpool, IFB, Bosch & Siemens, Daikin, Blue Star, Voltas and Azure. Prestige is the co-sponsor; Vivekananda Coffee, the beverage partner; and I Ads & Events, the event partner.

This year, the festival is bigger than ever and is on till July 8 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The entry fee is Rs. 40 per head.
