Zara, the Spanish restaurant, launches a new menu. The new menu consists of Spanish tapas with vegetarian, egg, meat and seafood options. It offers prawn cooked with garlic and olive oil; grilled zucchini and aubergine; cheese-stuffed chicken patties; bacon-wrapped prawns; Spanish omelette; and watermelon, lettuce and cheese salad. Also part of the new menu is the Zara Special range that includes signature dishes such as the Zara Chicken and Zara Special Spanish Tango. Pinchos too are an addition to the menu, and include tuna and olives, cottage cheese and tomato, chicken salsa and more.

Chennai Counselors’ Foundation (CCF), in collaboration with Menangudy Hospitals, Chennai, organises Meet The Mental Health Specialists, a panel discussion. The panel includes psychiatrists, a clinical psychologist, counselling psychologists, a developmental paediatrician, a school counsellor and a special educator.
The discussion aims to provide an opportunity to the public to understand and clarify myths about specific issues related to mental health and wellbeing. Entry to the programme is free and is open to all.
