‘Bheem’s masti ki class’, a school contact programme by Pogo, was held recently

Chhota Bheem took the kids of Ryan International School by surprise recently. His interactive session was aimed at helping children to be healthy, smart, popular and successful.

Bheem’s masti ki class is a school contact programme (SCP) launched by POGO and is themed around the channel’s popular character and his friends from Dholakpur. This initiative aims to equip school children with skills, tips and tricks to able to help them towards a successful path.

Children of ages from 6-10 years of classes 1-5 were present and were thrilled to see their favourite toon star. One of the activities in the session was on road safety and was conducted in the form of games and quizzes where children were keen to participate.

“Every year, POGO tries to come up with innovative school contact programs that not only entertain kids but also teach valuable lessons…this year, POGO, through Bheem’s Masti Ki Class, aims to equip school children with skills, tips and tricks to help them do just that. All the activities revolve around taking an ordinary day of a school-going child and invigorate it with fun tips on etiquettes, safety, games and quiz contests,” said Krishna Desai, sr. director and network head - Kids, South Asia, Turner International India Pvt. Ltd on being asked about the whole SCP concept.

Bheem’s masti ki class SCP will be conducted with over five lakh students from approximately 550 schools across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and Ludhiana. In Delhi, POGO will cover approximately 100 schools and engage around one lakh students between July-September 2013.

Kids across the country can participate in the Bheem’s masti ki class contest on POGO and win prizes.

Three lucky winners will win an all-expenses paid trip to Singapore and Sentosa along with their parent.
