Actor Arunoday Singh on what keeps him in great shape

With films likes Aisha,Yeh Saali Zindagi and Jism 2 , Arunoday Singh has established himself as the new hunk on the block. He might not have got box office success but with Main Tera Hero and now Pizza he has proved that he is here for a long innings. One of those actors who don’t rely on camera on look tall and muscular, Arunoday is a head turner both on and off the screen. The actor shared the secret of his fitness and great physique. “For me fitness is a sense of well being. It’s when you feel that your body is capable of doing everything you need it to do.” He says his diet changes a lot depending on how fit he needs to be and the demands of the character he is playing at that point of time. “Normally, I try to keep as healthy as possible with the basic high protein, low-carbohydrate intake. I only diet when I need cut down or gain for a specific role.”

He relies on CrossFit programme and yoga to maintain stamina, agility and endurance. After a hectic day, he makes sure that spends half-an-hour in meditation.

When one asked for that crucial fitness tip, Arunoday said, “Always eat right!”
