Horror is, clearly, the flavour of the season in Kollywood. And actor Jai — whose last release was Pugazh — has chosen this genre for his next project, to be directed by Sinish.
The director says, “I wrote the script just a couple of months back; it was a commercial entertainer with horror elements woven into it. Dhilip Subbarayan, who is producing the film along with two partners, suggested Jai’s name, and he loved the script. He will be sporting three looks in this project.”
The yet-to-be-titled film will kick-start its first schedule in June, and will be shot in locations in Chennai and Kodaikanal. Sinish has earlier worked for a while in the Simbu-starrer Vettai Mannan and also done Endrendrum , which was a short film-turned-feature.
