Easy-to-make, delicious and kid-friendly rolls for the lunch box

When hitting the road, don’t forget the kids essentials, such as games, toys and most important — something good to eat! Rolls are perfect for the road and for the lunch box too. They’re easy to make and delicious to eat — kid-friendly, if presented nicely. With all veggies and nutrients wrapped in a roll, it makes a filling and balanced meal by itself. Chapattis provide energy-giving carbohydrates, while vegetables provide vitamin and fibre. Make a filling of tofu or baby shrimp if you prefer. Brimming with vegetables and lots of flavour, rolls make great appetisers at parties. You may also use leftover ingredients and some cooked vegetables with spices for the filling.
