New Menu

Cafe Delhi Heights, Gurgaon, brings you a new menu this December. From quesadillas to Florentine baked vegetables, the menu has an exotic repertoire of dishes. For lovers of Indian food there is the Rajasthaani laal maas, Chennai gilli biryani, Sindhi kadhi and more. Also on offer are world cuisine items such as grilled chicken roulade, grilled herbed prawns with sesame citrus emulsion, crispy chicken n chips and Australian lamb chops.

To wash down the meal, one can choose from the over 50 beverages on the menu – from mulled wine to Morrocan mint tea. Desserts include chocolate lasagna, Italian tiramisu, apple pie among others.

Gingerbread Chalet

Keeping up with tradition, Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon, has rekindled the romance between the kids, the winter festivities and gingerbread chalets. Along with popping up the customary Christmas tree, bells and stars, the hotel has set up a gingerbread chalet to draw attention of a lot of kids. The hotel’s culinary team, led by executive chef Ashis Rout, has built the six-feet long, 10 feet high gingerbread chalet, which is made of 150kgs of ginger powder, sugar, flour and 700 eggs. Adding the final touch to the structure is the icing made out of 15 kg whites of eggs and 25 kg of icing sugar. According to Rout, “This joyful season is usually associated with plum cakes, Christmas trees and carols. But there is also an age old tradition of making gingerbread houses. The Gingerbread Chalet will sell chocolates, Christmas hampers, cookies and cakes. The chalet has officially kicked off the winter festivities at the hotel!”

Weekend Brunch

Zura, Gurgaon, hosts a family brunch every Saturday and Sunday. The fare on offer includes rama galouti, Turkish boraq, paneer harayali tikka, chilli paneer, murg malai tikka, BBQ chicken, mix veg, paneer hot garlic, paneer makhani, chicken five spice, chicken do pyaza, penne arrabiata, pizza margheritta and more. Desserts include chocolate excess with vanilla ice cream. Time: 12 – 3 p.m. Price: Rs. 599.

Sunday Brunch

After a long week, enjoy a laid back Sunday brunch with your friends and family at Rodeo, Connaught Place, where a four course meal awaits you. On offer are appetisers such as taquitos, mollets, pan pollo asado, quesallida and nachos. Main Course includes tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, mushroom crepes, pastas, while Mexican brownie, tarta de coco and Californian split are some of the desserts on offer. Savour the delicacies of Tex-Mex Cuisine at Rodeo buffet, with unlimited sangrias/margaritas for adults and unlimited milkshakes for the young ones.
