This tempting hors d'oeuvre is the chef's signature recipe. Macaroni pasta artfully stuffed with minced lamb, deep fried to perfection and dipped in mayonnaise sauce makes for a simply delectable starter. Available only at the hotel's new roof top restaurant, this is the best bet to begin dinner with.
Price: Rs. 125
Bottom line: No better option to kick-start a meal.
