The dish will tingle the taste buds of non-vegetarians. Made in the Mughalai style, it is true-blue dum biryani with a strong aroma and spicy flavour. The rice is cooked with a mixture of spices in steam and served with delicious crab gravy. Chopped onions, tomato, ginger, garlic, red chillies are seasoned in oil followed by the addition of powdered spices and tamarind water. The mixture is allowed to boil till it attains a thick consistency. Then, steam-cooked crabs are added to the gravy.

Price: Rs. 150
