Baked chicken is the most liked dish of every member in many a house. It is easy and quick to prepare and absolutely less time consuming. It can be served as a light night meal or a main course dish for any dinner party. Here is the tender and moist baked chicken recipe that you would love to try:

Serves: Two

Preparation time: 45 minutes

Ingredients for chicken boneless cubes

One kilogram chicken cubes

One teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste

One lemon juice

Three whole red chillies (roasted) crushed

Two teaspoon crushed coriander seeds (roasted)

Two teaspoon crushed cumin seeds (roasted)

One teaspoon of sea salt

Spray of vegetable oil or one table spoon of olive oil

One tablespoon of barbeque soya sauce

One tablespoon of low fat yoghurt

One teaspoon of basil dry leaves

Ingredients for potato

One teaspoon of olive oil

Salt (as required)

One teaspoon of thyme dry leaves

Half squeezed lemon juice

A teaspoon of chat masala

Method

Cut chicken breast pieces into cubes and marinate with ginger, garlic, lemon, yoghurt and roasted masala for half an hour.

Meanwhile, wash the potato thoroughly under running water and semi boil it in a cup of mineral water for 15 minutes. Later, give sharp cuts to it with a knife.

Take a square baking dish spread a square piece of a foil in it and grease it with vegetable oil.

Brush olive oil and other mentioned ingredients above the potato and place it in a baking dish.

Place the chicken cubes in the same dish and bake the dish for 30 minutes at 200 Celsius.

You can enjoy it with lettuce chopped leaves.
