Sesame fish sauté Photo: Special Arrangement

INGREDIENTS:

Fish (Fillet): 100 gm

Vinegar and sesame oil: Five ml each

Salt: To taste

Ginger garlic paste: 20 mg

Black pepper powder: One Tsp

Tomato sauce: Five ml

Cumin powder and sesame seeds: Five gm

Orange juice: 10 ml

Oil: 50 ml

METHOD:

Marinate the fish with vinegar and salt and keep it aside for 10 minute. Next mix the sesame oil, tomato sauce, cumin powder and ginger-garlic paste to it. Take a pan. Pour oil and shallow fry the fish. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the fish and fry till it turn golden brown in colour.

Serve hot. Plum sauce goes well with the dish.
