Boneless chicken: 250gm

Ginger and garlic paste and corn flour: 50gm each

Refined flour and chilli paste: 25 gm each

Worcester sauce and ‘8 to 9' sauce: 10 ml each

Egg Yolk: One

Crushed corn flakes: 100gm

White pepper powder: A pinch

Salt: To Taste

Oil: For frying


Clean and cut the boneless chicken. Mix all the above mentioned ingredients well and marinate the chicken in it. Make small round shapes with the chicken mix and roll in crushed cornflakes. Deep fry in oil till it turns golden brown in colour. Serve with mayonnaise sauce.
