Quick Fix: Mango Frushi

Ingredients

Fresh mangoes: One nos.

Sushi rice: 300 grams

Mango puree: 100 ml

Nuri sheet: Half sheet Method

Take half nuri sheet on the bamboo mate; put sushi rice over the sheet.

Keep the nuri sheet side up and put fresh finger cut mango by line and roll it.

Cut it into six pieces, put on the plate with mango puree garnish on top of roll. Serve without soya and wasabi.
