Ingredients (Serves Two)

Prawns: 300 gms

Ghee: 50 gms

Garlic: 10 cloves

Chopped red chillies: 10

Chopped onions: Three

Chopped tomatoes: Two

Coriander and chilli powder: Two Tbsp each

Lime juice: Five drops

Curry leaf: One pinch

Salt: To taste

Method

In a pan, pour ghee, garlic, curry leaf, chopped onions and red chillies and fry till golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and fry for few more minutes.

Next, add chilli and coriander powder, salt and stir well.

Finally, add prawns, lime juice and a little water.

Let the contents boil for 15 minutes on a slow fire till the water is completely drained. Serve hot.
