INGREDIENTS:
Chicken breast: 250 gm
8 to 9 sauce: 250 ml
Worcestershire sauce: 250ml
Rosemary, thyme, salt and white pepper: a pinch each
Egg: 1 no
Butter, boiled vegetables and French fries: 50gm each
Brown sauce: 150gm
METHOD:
Fill butter inside the breast chicken and roll it with silver foil and fry in the oil.
Take the chicken, remove silver foil then marinate with 8 to 9 sauce, worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme, salt and egg, fry the chicken again and serve hot in a plate, with cooked rice and boiled vegetables, French fries and brown sauce.
