Being the Valentine’s Day weekend, here is your chance at rolling up your sleeves and creating something sweet and sinful for your loved ones. The recipe has been sent to us by Chef Swasti Aggarwal of Foodhall restaurant in Gurgaon.

Mixed berry tiramisu

Serves 1

Ingredients

3 tbsp mascarpone cheese

3 tbsp whipped cream

8-10 blueberries

10 strawberries

10 gm vanilla sponge

2 tbsp strawberry crush

Any small fancy glass or shooter glass of approx 100 gms

Method

Mix the mascarpone cheese and cream together to a creamy consistency.

Chop the berries and mix them. Leave a few whole ones for garnish. If the mix becomes very sour, mix some sugar and let it be for a few minutes.

Soak the sponge with strawberry crush and line the base of the shooter glass or cup with half of the sponge

Line half of the chopped mixed berries on top and half of the cheese mixture.

Repeat the process to get two even layers of sponge, mixed berries and the cheese mixture

Level the top layer and garnish with the remaining berries, either whole or in halves.

You can cut the strawberries into fourths too.

Serve cold.
