Kerala chicken fry

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken (boneless): 250 gms

Egg (white): One

Maida, chilli and coriander powder: Half Tsp each

Turmeric powder: A pinch

Coconut paste: Three Tbsp

Coconut oil: 500 ml

Salt: To taste

METHOD:

All the above mentioned items including the chicken pieces, egg white, maida, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, coconut paste and salt are mixed thoroughly and kept aside for a while.

After sometime, it is fried in coconut oil and served hot.
