Melon delight

Ingredients

Watermelon juice: 6 cups

Musk melon: 2 cups

Lemon juice: 1 tsp

Salt

Pepper to taste

Method

Puree the musk melon and pass it through a sieve.

To the water melon juice, add the musk melon and lime juice. Blend in a mixer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and serve chilled.

Apple and strawberry drink

Ingredients

Medium size apples: 4

Fresh, sliced strawberries: 1 cup; Sugar (for the strawberries): 1/2 cup

Sugar to taste

Method

Remove the skin of the apples and cut into big pieces. Add 2-3 cups water and churn in a mixer. Strain the pulp.

Mix the strawberries with sugar and keep it aside for two hours. Blend in a mixer along with the sugar. Mix both the juices. Add a bit of strawberry crush. Add sugar to taste. Blend once again. Serve chilled.

Fresh grapes cocktail

Ingredients

Fresh green grapes: 1/4 kg

Fresh black grapes: 1/4 kg

Plums: 4; Sugar to taste

Method

Mix both the grapes and blend in a mixer.

Pass the mixture through a sieve to get a thick puree. Peel the plums. Chop into pieces and add one cup water and churn in mixer. Stain the pulp. Mix the grapes puree and the plum puree. Add sugar to taste. Blend once again and serve chilled.

Pineapple coconut cooler

Ingredients

Coconut water (from fresh green coconuts): 3 cups

Fresh pineapple juice: 5 cups; Honey: 3 tsp

Sugar to taste

Method

Mix the coconut water and pineapple juice. Add sugar and mix well. Chill this mixture. At the time of serving add honey. Mix well.
