Golusa is a crispy and tasty evening snack which I learnt my grandmother.

What you need

Raw rice powder - 1 cup

Sugar, powdered – 1 cup

Egg – 1

Oil - for frying

Cooking instructions

In a large bowl make a paste with the egg yolk and sugar and stir till the sugar blends well. Add the rice flour a little at a time while mixing and make a soft dough. Make lemon sized balls, then press flat and cut into star shapes. Deep fry on a medium flame.
