How to make… Ragi rava special laddu

A quick fix solution for cravings of a sweet tooth

A recipe taken out of her mother-in-law's kitty, these sweet laddus pack in some healthy ingredients too

What you need:

Ragi and wheat flour: One cup each

Rava: One cup

Powdered sugar: One and a half cup

Ghee: 3/4 cup

Cardamom powder: Half Tsp

Cashew nuts: 8

Cooking Instructions:

Mix together in a mixie fried rava that has been powdered, fried wheat and ragi flour, cardamom powder and powdered sugar. Heat the ghee in a pan, add the flour mix and the cashew nuts and stir for a minute. Remove from heat and make medium-sized balls before the mix cools down. Serve with nuts and dried fruits.
