Moong dal balls

Moong dal balls

I learnt this recipe from my cousin’s mother-in-law. Not only is it nutritious, it is tasty and relatively easy to prepare

What you need

Dry fried moong dal: 1 cup

Sugar: 3/4 cup

Cardamom powder: 1/4 teaspoon

Ghee: 1 cup

Cooking instructions

Powder the moong dal and sugar separately.

Mix powdered moong dal, powdered sugar and cardamom powder well.

Heat ghee little by little and add to the mix in a small quantity and make small balls.

Repeat this process until the powder is finished. Let it cool and store in airtight container.
