A simple yet irrevocably tasty dish, this is cooked according to the Chinese Hunan cuisine which is centuries old and well known for its hot spicy flavour, fresh aroma and deep colour.

250 gms diced chicken
3 gms diced chicken
25 gms black bean
Salt and pepper for seasoning
8-10 gms garlic, chopped
1 tsp chilli paste
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp hot bean
5 gms coriander, diced
1 tsp broth powder
Method
Take fresh chicken, well diced and slow fry it in oil.
Take some more oil in pan, bring it to boil on high flame. Turn the flame low, add ginger and garlic and sauté it for a few minutes
Add chilli paste, fresh chilli, dry black bean, hot bean, soya sauce, and mix it well.
Put salt and pepper to taste.
Put in the chicken, and sprinkle diced coriander along with broth powder. Toss the dish for a minute and serve well, garnished with freshly diced coriander leaves on top.
