Cascade is an attempt to bring the global dining experience to Gachibowli

Gachibowli was never considered an ideal eating out destination. All that is set to change now though. Cascade in Aditya Sarovar Premiere (a luxury) is the new five star eating place at Hi-tech City in Gachibowli. Cascade is an-all day dining restaurant with an elegant and peaceful ambience. The eatery has the luxury of having the natural light filling up the area and the aesthetic décor compliments it more.

The colours of the upholstery of the restaurant are bright but blend well with rest of the interiors to make it easy on the eye. The colourful interiors of Cascade boldly capture the present social texture drawing reference from the International fine dining culture on one hand, and contemporary lifestyle on the other. Every space has been artistically designed with unique qualities and features.

The restaurant has a seating capacity of 108 people. Besides a lavish buffet they also offer a good selection of beverages, and a la carte dishes to choose from. What makes Cascade an ideal venue for lunch with colleagues or an evening get-together is its seating capacity and the buffet.

The lunch and dinner buffet spreads offers variety and are a treat for those who love enjoy their food. For health conscious eaters they have an extensive ‘make your own salad' bar. The salad bar comes with a good variety of sprouts and freshly cut exotic greens to add colour to the salad.

In the bread section besides the Indian breads, Cascade offers over more than six varieties of dinner rolls. The buffet as always comes with a choice of two different soups for veg and non-veg eaters. From the menu the egg drop should definitely be tried. The soup is light but yet has a very fine feel to it. Depending on how spicy one wants, a good sprinkle of pepper can make it an ideal monsoon soup. For starters, pan tossed vegetables for the vegetarians is a good option. They also have crispy greens. Non-vegetarians can choose from lamb, chicken and fish for starters. Spice lovers should definitely try the fish. It is a spicy starter prepared in Mangalorean style. Meat lovers will definitely love the hara murgh and the spicy lamb fry.

Try the Indian breads with the dal makhani or wada pulusu. The wada pulusu is a gravy preparation with fried gram dal dumplings. Not too many choices in the curries in this buffet. If looking for standard chicken and mutton gravies then this buffet might let you down. As usual there is a biryaniBiriyani to give the diners a feel of the local food. The other local flavours can be found in the sambar, curd rice, semiya payasam and pickles.
