Love to cook seafood? Time to move on from pomfrets and prawns to cooking lobsters then. This is an easy to cook recipe sent to us by Chef Diwas Wadhera of Mosaic Hotels, Noida.

Samundri Rattan

Serves 1

Ingredients

50 gm butter

1 lobster

10 gms mustard, Dijon

Salt and pepper

25 gms cheese, cheddar

35 gms spaghetti

35 gms French fries

60 gm carrot/broccoli/green pea

1 lemon

2 tbsp olive oil

To make the lemon butter sauce

10 gm chopped onion

20 gms butter

3 gms garlic

1 lemon juice

Method

Clean the lobster and marinate it with salt, pepper, mustard and olive oil. With the help of a skewer, grill it.

On a low flame, melt the 50 gm butter, saute the onions, garlic and add 20 ml water to it.

Squeeze the lemon and finish the sauce with the 20 gm butter.

Saute the boiled vegetables and spaghetti with onion, garlic and olive oil. Arrange the pasta and the French fries on the bottom of a sizzler tray and the grilled lobster on the top of pasta. Pour the sauce and spread cheese on top.
