An M3 score reflects your mental health – whether or not you are suffering from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or post traumatic stress disorder; and if so, how severe the problem is. Monitoring the M3 score over time helps you track your state of mind. The WhatsMyM3 app provides you with a three-minute checklist that, once completed, provides you with an M3 score and informs you whether or not you require professional help. The app stores your history, making for easy monitoring over time. Screening yourself once a week is optimal, but no more than that. The app also has links to direct you to the websites of The National Institute of Mental Health, Mental Health America, Mayo Clinic, and WhatsMyM3 among others. The app is also available in 12 languages

Available on iOS.
