ALYQUE PADAMSEE: Reality shows are much more interesting than soaps. One comes across sister-n-law having an affair with a brother-in-law in the soaps. And when one can call people names in real life, why not on the TV?

If the government wants to change the slot of these shows for adult viewing, there should be a public debate. I don't see any child going to bed before 11 p.m. And if you think children are affected, one has to realise that children in the 14-15 age group are watching pornography on the Internet. The best censors are your eyelids. Close them when you don't want to see some show.
