With the vacation on, you must have a lot of time on your hands. Avengers, the movie is sure not to disappoint. There is a lot of excitement in the movie and more than that you get to see all your heroes come together.
Just when everything seems calm Nick Fury (Samuel L Jackson), director of the S.H.I.E.D finds out that Tesserarct — an energy source the potential of which is still unknown, has been activated. This leads to the opening of a portal in space which the Antagonist Loki uses as a medium to come to Earth and destroy it.
Nick Fury needs the Avengers to save the Earth from the wrath of Loki and there's very little time left. Each of the super heroes is on his/her own and it takes a lot of convincing and tact on the part of Fury, Agent Natasha Romanoff-Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Philip Coulson (Clark Gregg) to bring them together. Natasha brings Dr. Bruce Banner - The incredible Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) from India, Coulson brings Tony Stark - Ironman (Robert Downey Jr.) while Fury convinces Steve Rogers - Captain America (Chris Evans).
Agent Romanoff, Stark and Rogers leave for Germany where they see Loki trying to revive Iradium needed for the Tesseract. He has already started his terrorist operations and in a battle between them he finally surrenders and is ready to be taken hostage. But it's on the way that his brother Thor — God of Thunder (Chris Hemsworth) comes in to reason out with him but in vain. Placed in the cell created to hold Hulk, Loki manages to breach all security and escapes killing Coulson on the way. This serves as a turning point in the story and the super heroes until now were pretty much divided come together under Fury's instructions to fight Loki's Army and save Earth from disaster.
The computer graphics, super powers and the battle are a visual treat. Some one-liners will never be forgotten and the plot is knit well. The ending is the best and you leave knowing the sequel will soon be there!
