Thinking of you

May 07, 2015 05:18 pm | Updated 05:18 pm IST

I have been sad since you left,

I still remember on your chin that cleft.

Everyday I look outside to see,

Whether you have come for me.

But all there is, is a big buzzing bee.

I still have your gift, the flower pot.

When I see it, I miss you a lot.

I still see if you’ve turned your back.

But that motion you really lack!

I see something outside now.

Maybe it is a cow

Is it a rat?

Or maybe a cat?

No, it’s you, you’ve come at last!

Now that I’ve seen you I forgot the past.

My life is no longer blue,

Something has come back into it and it’s you!
