Holidays are here at last! It’s time to put away our school books and relax with our friends and family. Won’t it be nice to be glued to the television, play video games and simply hang around after many days of hard work and exam preparation? But be ready. It also means that results would be announced soon. You would be praised or scolded depending on your marks.
Some are already giving parties as they are sure to secure the top ranks. Twelfth graders are soon going to leave school and go to college. We spend time playing games, pranks, and yes, also do our holiday homework. Before we know it, time would fly by us. Then run to the shops to get your new school bags, uniforms, books and other such things. Sad, isn’t it? But we will soon get to see our old friends, make new ones and meet new teachers. I hope that a great year lies ahead of us.
