Lifting the trophy: The winners

The students of city-based Jain Heritage School registered an excellent performance in a yoga competition, “International Yogasana and Title Championship- 2012” conducted by the S.G.S. International Yoga Foundation College and Research Centre collaboration with Department of Ayush and Department of Youth Services, Government of Karnataka. The students were led by their yoga teacher, Pallavi Nadkarni. Shreya U. Deshannavar bagged first place in Category B – Own Choice, Parth P. Patil secured second place in Category C – Bending, Janhavi V. Pednekar – fourth place in Division A; Sairaj S. Patil – fifth, Aadya A. Kulkarni – sixth and Nandita M. Tanksali – ninth in Category B – Own Choice. Founder President of S.G.S. International Yoga Foundation College and Research Centre distributed the prizes.
