Craving a wholesome breakfast ? This nutritious sandwich is full of veggies and boasts of diverse flavours. Twenty minutes is all you need to make this snack.

Servings: 4

What you need

Butter — rich in fats, vitamin A, E and K2, and good for the bones.

4 tbsp of mint green chutney (thick) — good for digestion, fights infections and acne, relieves aches and pains.

8 slices of sandwich/multigrain bread — contains carbohydrates which gives us energy to do our daily tasks.

4 tbsp of tomato and onion kuchumber salad (chop onions, tomatoes, cucumber and 4-5 mint leaves.

Toss all these together and add salt and cumin powder. Kuchumber salad is ready! This nutritious salad is a source of vitamins important for well-being.

200 grams of sliced paneer tikka — paneer is rich in calcium and protein. Calcium is important for bone and teeth while proteins are good for muscle building in growing children.

4 slices of pineapple — rich in vitamins and minerals. Increases immunity to prevent us from falling sick and keeps our gums in good condition, also promotes bone health.

Cook it up

Spread softened butter and green chutney on the bread. Mix sliced paneer tikka with kuchumber salad, divide equally and arrange this filler on half the bread slices. Top it with the pineapple slices and cover with the remaining buttered slices of bread. Cut into triangles and serve immediately.
