This is a story of a baby elephant. An unusual one at that. Because Subbu was quite small. His mother was so worried about his size that she was constantly feeding him sugar cane and coconuts. But that didn't really help. Not that Subbu was overly concerned. Subbu had two friends – Mischa, a talkative bumblebee and Suprio, a quiet cat. Subbu had one other friend – Gayu, a baby elephant just like him but much bigger. Gayu attended the Montessori Elephant School.
The four of them have a lot of fun together and also have a couple of adventures like meeting the Talking Tree. Though a day at school was not as jolly as it was made out to be, setting up the summer camp was sure fun!
