Athletics is my area of interest. I recently discovered that I was really good at track events after participating in school and interschool competitions. I had also bagged some medals and certificates in these competitions. These apparently mean a lot for the future especially in academics.
Though I have participated in such track events in school, my specific interest is in cross-country running or marathon, which is not yet conducted here. I would participate if I know if it is conducted somewhere close. A few years ago I was plump and stout, but now I have grown tall and slim as a result of spending a lot of time exercising and practising prior to an event.
I feel special and proud when it is announced that I am a winner.
