This year, Diwali — the festival of lights — was on November 2, but the celebrations and bursting of crackers had started days before. We got to see many colours in the sky at night. On the other hand, it created a lot of noise and pollution. People with heart conditions and asthma get distressed because of the continuous bursting of crackers. Moreover, the pollution only adds to the increasing global warming.
So let’s try and reduce bursting of crackers. Why not celebrate Diwali in a peaceful, noiseless and pollution-free manner?
